Order Cancellation Before Shipment 

You may request to cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, or before it has been shipped, whichever occurs first.

If your cancellation request is accepted, a full refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days. 

Orders Already Shipped 

Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. However, you may return the product after delivery in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy. 

This ensures that even if you miss the cancellation window, you still have the option to return the product safely and efficiently. 

Order Modification 

Currently, we do not allow modifications to orders, including changes to items or shipping addresses, once the order is placed.
