Yes, you can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it or before it has been shipped, whichever comes first. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible, but you may request a return.  

Currently, we don’t allow modifications (items or addresses) once an order is confirmed. If changes are needed, please cancel (if eligible) and place a fresh order. 

Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.

We support secure online payments through multiple gateways. Refunds, if applicable, will always be credited back to the original payment method.

Yes, we ship to all pin codes across India. At the moment, we do not offer international delivery.

You can expect delivery within 3–8 business days, depending on your location and courier availability.

If a delivery fails due to an incorrect address, unavailability, or refusal, the package will return to us. You can request re-delivery by updating your details.

If your package arrives damaged, please report it within 48 hours with photos. For lost shipments, we’ll verify with the courier and provide a replacement or refund. 

Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned in original packaging with all tags intact. Worn, washed, or altered products cannot be returned.

Simply email us at wonderwingcreativeventurespvt@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with your Order ID, reason, and supporting photos if the item is damaged or incorrect. 

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. 

Yes, in cases where products only partially meet the return criteria (like minor damage or missing packaging), we may issue a partial refund at our discretion.
